I lost the ability to control the volume on my TV through the TiVo remote. I also noticed the mute and power buttons weren’t working. The TV controls work, and so does the original TV remote. Online, it was suggested to reset and/or pair the remote up again in the settings, but none of that worked. The solution was still simple. Take the batteries out for about 30 seconds. That fixed it.
