This study is total bonkers. How many people only complain vs those who have no problems, thus remain silent? I have 3 Acer computers, one being a laptop. I called tech support because the battery ran down, and I was guided on how to correct the problem. This was the first and only time I required tech support. I can say I am extremely satisfied with all my computers, including the two recent mini-pc’s from Bosgame.
Yes, I do find fault with the Acer Laptop charger, as no replacement units are readily available, in case there is a problem, Mindblower!
