I have used and bought Ashampoo software for a number of years now and recommend them to family and friends. If there are any problems using any of the Ashampoo software just contact them they are usually very quick to sort the problem and sometimes a newer version is supplied.
I have an old version Ashampoo Snap and a later version would be good.
