I also noticed the <strong>mute<\/strong> and <strong>power<\/strong> buttons weren\u2019t working. The TV controls work, and so does the original TV remote.<\/p>\n<p>Online, it was suggested to <strong>reset<\/strong> and\/or <strong>pair<\/strong> the remote up again in the settings, but none of that worked. The solution was still simple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Take the batteries out for about 30 seconds<\/strong>.
