Is this program still useful on modern computers with all the advances in software security, or better suited for dial-up and DSL users?  It still supports IE making me wonder who is still using this browser. Appreciate the feedback, Mindblower!

Hey MB,

That's a blast from the past. If I recall correctly, SpywareBlaster was always more specific to IE than any other browser, concentrating mainly on preventing Active X infections. Whether or not the developer has broadened its scope more recently, I do not know.

However, with a decent AV installed plus the advancements in native security features these days, I cannot see it being of much added value.
